no reimbursement?

I go on your site daily just to see if the chat bubble is available. Never available. I paid money in to both my sons wallets and it was supposed to be reimbursed but the credit card that you have on file is a prepaid card and it wont accept reimbursements on it. Please someone answer my inquiry as I am far from rich and this extra $ is a necessity. the phone numbers in question are ***-***-**** and ***-***-****. Anxiously waiting.

You have to contact the support for a refund, they will not contact you.

You can replace the card in your profile by a regular credit card so that you'll be able to have reimbursements on it.

I'm posting this answer to those who replied. I can't put a regular credit card, I don't have one Hence the prepaid card. Concerning the bubble at the bottom right, I know, I was privledged to have used it once. Now that I simply want to provide them with my coordinates so they can send me a cheque or even simpler put the funds towards the next month on the phones, I can't reach them. I have solutions but can't implicate them without contacting them (mission impossible), and I do not feel like spending days on the internet praying the " bubble " will magically appear.

Unfortunately your only option is the bubble. You can also use Facebook messenger to contact the support, but it will take a while to get an answer. The chat is live, and in your case you need to have a conversation, not only get an answer.
I'm not sure that Fizz will accept to send you cheques though.
