How do I proceed to returned my 2nd SIM card and get reimburse

I re-ordered another SIM card by mistake. What's the procedure to returned it and get a refund?

Usually they do not refund SIM cards.

 

You can try to sell it on kijiji or contact the support

If you sell it on Kijiji,  you should give to the person  your reference code, in this way both of you can have 25$ on the 3rd payement
