My service has been down since around noon on Friday the 6th of September. When/how can i get it back?

My service has been down since Friday, and I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue, and what could cause this and how to fix it. I would appreciate any help.

When you renewal was do?

Did you try to reboot the phone or put it in airplane mode for 30 seconds.

Did you tested with a friend phone?
