I have no internet connection for 2 days,I can’t find bubble chat !!!!how I suppose to get help ???????

There seems to be backlog, it's rush hour so to speak...
Did you get the bubble chat? For me it appeared on first try.
Click on the 'unsubscribe' button. It won't unsubscribe you, but I have had the chat bubble pop up almost instantaneously.
