Plan disconnected on multiple accounts

I have multiple referrals on both of my accounts, the amount owed in referrals is greater than what is owed on my plan therefore my monthly payment should be free but instead it appears my account have both been disconnected. Any one else having this issue?

You referral are still in pending? Or you have DISCOUNT ON YOUR BILL ?

You can logon to your Fizz account to tally your referral credits and cross check them to your monthly billing statements.

 

If you believe you have sufficient credit balance to pay you bills, it's best to contact Fizz support for help.

For me I have 2 invoices for July and 0 for August, it seems that the dates are not following. :(

If the status was discount on your bill before your billing cycle you must contact the support

pour moi j'ai plus de 40 parrainage et pour la facturation c'est tout détraqué sont pas capable de mettre ça à jour d'aucune manière regarde les photos tu vas tout comprendre
il faut se dire que c'est un période de stabilisation mais pour les factures je crois pas il prend notre argent où il nous donne de l'argent ???? mais pour moi ça me coûte plus rien pantoute 0 $ à tous les mois je remercie fizz malgré ces problèmes là
