It is ok for me in montreal
I had to disconnect, search for networks, and reconnect. Works fine now.
Several customers seem to be having the same issue.
Have you tried these troubleshooting tips:
- Restart phone
- Enable airplane, then disable it.
- Change network mode (enable/disable LTE)
- Change network operator. Try roaming with FIZZ EXT to see if data will work.
If problem persists, you can contact Fizz support during business hours.

Everything was right all day long in region of Ottawa and Gatineau.
