I see that our tech team has solved the issue now. Can you please try a quick phone reset and then do a manual network switch to Fizz EXT for few moments and then switch back to Fizz?

I have the same problem since last Friday, tried reboot, doesn’t work, now waiting for the technical support.....

Several customers seem to be having the same issue.

Looks like you need to contact Fizz support during business hours.

 

Meanwhile have you tried these troubleshooting tips:

- Restart phone

- Enable airplane, then disable it.

- Change network mode (enable/disable LTE)

- Change network operator. Try roaming with FIZZ EXT to see if calls will work.
