My internet does not work

I have been trying to get this solved for 3 weeks but I still do not have internet that works!!!! Really upsetting. Impossible to chat with you! How do I solve my issue!!!!!!!!

- Check your Fizz account to make sure the plan is active and payments are up-to-date.

- Factory reset the modem and try reconnecting again.
