SIM is not supported?

So when I insert the Fizz SIM card in my iPhone 6, I press activate phone and then I get this message : "The SIM card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone....."

I was previously with Public Mobile. Thank you!

It looks like your iPhone is still locked by another carrier.

As fas as I know, Public Mobile does not sell phones. Who was your provider before Public Mobile? Perhaps it was Telus or Koodo. You need to contact them to unlock the phone, it's free to do so.
