can't activate SIM

I can't activate my new SIM card — when I type it in the "activate" button is not clickable. I have tried different devices, so I don't think it's a hardware or browser problem.

Did you accepted the stabilization period? You should have a checkbox

Do you need a referral code K61CD, in order to receive 25$, at your 3rd payment, the code is to be inserted when the total with the taxes is shown
