International Called ID

I have international calls to Hungary in my plan. It works BUT when I make the call it shows "No called ID" or "Private number" on the (Hungarian) phone.
I use an iPhone, I already checked that it shows my caller ID.
Why can it be? Thank you!

    Does the "Private number" shows on one specific phone? If that's the case, Takion's version could be right.
