I purchased 60 mins of call for $3 on 07.17.2019. According to the add on that lasts for 60 days but today I see I have 0 minutes indicated in my plan. Need to know where my minutes went!
Addons are valid until the end of the following payment cycle, and it might be less than 60 days. For example, if your payment cycle date is 27 and you bought the addon on July 17, the addon would expire on August 27.
