There is no way to communicate with customer support or technical support. This is just a crapy system. DO NOT waste your time and money and get service with FIzz

The idea of this page is to explain how you can access the chat bubble. If you do a search in the Solution Hub related to your issue and access the help page the chat bubble will appear at the right corner.

The only way to resolve your problem is to contact them with the link below " resolving - issues ". If is not working try with another browser like Chrome, Opéra, Edge, Firefox. Follow the instruction because they are very easy to reach

Open a help page during business and you'll see a bubble chat at the bottom right

Make sure you're logged into your Fizz account.  You may need to do so even if you're logged into the Fizz community forums.

 

Make sure your adblockers are turned off.

 

Try private browsing / incognito mode to see if a browser extension or customization is preventing the Chat bubble from working.

 

All this has been explained to you across the half dozen threads you've already opened.  Please do try to pay attention.

Could you stop spamming the community forum and says everything is crap when the problem is obviously that you can't read properly and invest 2min of your time to do so ? Yeah, go back with bell and videotron so they can soak up your money for good with useless services.

I have to agree with you that their CONTACT US page is not 100% clear.

 

I have found however that Fizz customer support is easy to reach. You can send them a private message on Facebook or live chat with them during business hours. If your issue requires technical support, Fizz will open a ticket for you. If the issue is not solved to your satisfaction, you may have to be a little persistent to get results.

 

You can send Fizz a message by facebook https://facebook.com/fizzca

 

 

Or you can use Fizz chat. Make sure that:

 

  • You're logged into your Fizz account.
  • You're active on a help page such as https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
  • Simply click on the chat bubble that appears at the bottom on the right.
  • You're within the business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
  • You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.
