How can i ask about the charges?

Hello there,
I ordered a SIM card and activated the sim card but it is not working. I send 1000 messages to the Facebook page and twitter with no answer and Chat button is not working. I just received charges on my credit card for SIM and activation cost but none is working. I just want to get a refund and cancel from Fizz. which is totally crap and inefficient services. I made a call to the office of Costumer protection of Quebec and send the request to the local radio program " As It Happened on CBC" and share my problem with them. so far no answer.
apparently no one is responsible here at Fizz.
