Why my Samsung Note does not work in some areas within subscription zone? Is Note Supported?

Hi, my Samsung Note does not work in some spots in the city and around: while I am not able to make or receive calls other phones are ok. SMSs were ok until contacted support. Is there some issue with Note support on Fizz or there is some way to improve coverage? Model name is SGH-i717i

    Did you have the possibility to try with a different phone?
    Your phone has the B4 therefore should be compatible.

    Are you sure that your phone does not have a problem with the signal reception?

    Did you try to
    -turn airplane mode on and turn it off 20 seconds later;
    -remove the sim card and reinsert it;
    -restart the phone.

    I tried the sim with other phones and did worked well. Apparently it has problem with reception as it does not functioning in some place though not sure is it specific to model or just the phone issue. Did not try Airplane thing yet will try

    Is not B4 (LTE) for data only? Fizz has no VoLTE, right. According to their website a LTE phone should support B2 B5 HSPA. Note support HSPA+, yet I am not sure of HSPA.
    Again the problem is only in some spots over city. In most places in the city it works.
