How do I reset my voicemail PIN?

Hello,
I forgot my voicemail PIN and therefore I cannot access my voicemail. I've been looking for a solution to reset my password. Apparently I need to go to "My plans" and then "Manage my plan" followed by some other steps. Unfortunately, when i click on "My plans" all I see is an offer to create a plan, no "Manage my plan". I made sure I was logged in to my account but still no luck. What should I do now to reset my PIN???

    Hello Katia,

    Are you sure you are logged on the correct email account?


    You should be able to go "OVERVIEW" or "MY PLANS" to see "MANAGE PLAN"
    Then click on "ADVANCED PARAMETERS". You will see an option to change PIN to access your voicemail.
    Enter new 4 digit PIN and press "SUBMIT".


    If you cannot see your Mobile plan or this option on your account, you will need to contact Fizz support for assistance.

     

    You can send a message by facebook https://facebook.com/fizzca

     

    Or you can use Fizz chat. Make sure that:

    • You're logged into your Fizz account.

    • You're active on a help page such as https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
    • Simply click on the chat bubble that appears at the bottom on the right.

    • You're within the business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
    • You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.

    If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.
