Worst cellphone company. No way to have my line back?

They desactivated my line and are not able to process the payment back, so I don't have a line anymore? That's a big issue. Plus, the chatting team has NO power whatsoever to help for anything.

Some companie doesn't learn from their mistake and keep doing the wrong thing again and again.
