Due to no credit card update my account was canceled last night . I made the update this morning and i paid the bill. I received the fizz message telling me that every thing ok. Now i have incoming call and internet data on my iPhone but no outcall . I realy need my phone . What can i do ? Please help
Reboot your phone and try again.
What plan do you have? Try manually dialing some local numbers to see if those work.

How to contact the support ? The chat is not available
You can initiate a chat session with Fizz by openinng a help page ( example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what... ). You'll se a bubble chat at the bottom right corner in about 15 seconds
Try resetting the network by going into airplane mode for 30 seconds
