Double Payment

What a poor service. i am double charged this month. I contacted the support in messenger. Getting a response is like climbing Everest. What is the platform for giving the Credit Card statement?

You should contact Fizz with chat. Just open a help page ( exemple https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what... ) and you'll see a bubble chat at the bottom right in about 15 seconds.

There is a bug in Fizz system after July maintenance. Lots of people were double charged in August.
Just be patient and keep trying to reach out to the support by chat.
