I've changed my plan 2 month ago . your coulegue appologise me and told me that was a mistake. this month it doesn't change . are you cheating me?

There must be a bug in Fizz system. You should contact them again.
There is a bug in Fizz system. Lots of people couldn't change their plan after July maintenance.
Reach out to fizz support ASAP via Facebook chat, search fizz mobile.
They will respond and correct the situation within minutes.

Do not freak out. Fizz is in a stabilization period so not everything will work at 100%. After July, they had some maintenance issues. If you want some help you can contact Fizz.
