What is the deadline to make changes on your plan so it can take effect the following month?

I was wondering what was the deadline to make changes to your plan? I tried 1-2 days before and the system did not want to let me make changes to the plan for next month. 1 day after my bill date I was able to make changes for next month but I don’t know how many days I have before the bill date to make changes!?

    Important – any change to your plan must be made 48 hours before the end of your payment cycle. During those 48 hours, systems are frozen and no change can be made. You’ll therefore have to wait for the next payment cycle.

    they say 48 hours to make sure that your order goes thru but most of the time 24 hours is enough. but by precaution always make any change before the 48 hours deadline
