Pending referral bonus for more than a few months?

I've been using Fizz since March and I still have not received my referral bonus. It still shows as pending. The person whose referral code I used has received his bonus. Anyone else still waiting for the bonus after two months? If anyone finally got the bonus after more than two months, how long did you have to wait?

Every time I go to that page the bubble never appears. It seems like they are always busy.

Not normal either. I get the bubble chat every time. Are you sure you're logged? Sometime when you click the first time you get disconnected and you have to login again. You should try with another browser. It you're still not able to get it send a message to Fizz by messenger.

Thank you both for your help! I was able to get the bubble after a few tries and chatted with them. They said that they will send a ticket to the team responsible and contact me when they have an answer. We shall see.

Sometimes it's Fizz bug, some times it's other side never pay 2nd month bill.
