My addon to Canada wide call does not work. What should I do?

Hi. My addon to Canada wide call does not work. I travel outside Quebec and put addon to Canada, zone1, but I still can't make a call back to Quebec. What should I do?

Unfortunately theirs been a lot of Bug lately with Add ons.
Only solution is to reach out to Fizz Support Via Facebook chat.
Search Fizz mobile and then use the chat function.
They should respond within minutes and resolve your problem.
