I keep getting an email which tells me to reschedule the delivery of my modem. However, the installation was completed on 1st of August, 2019. Fizz internet is up and running. I am unable to access the chat due to the following message:
"If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity". Can a fizz representative please fix this? Thanks.
Go on facebook and search fizz mobile. Use the chat option and they will respond within minutes. Works best.

I think you can simply ignore this message if the internet connection is up and running. You won't pay anything more anyway and I'm pretty sure they wouldn't stop your subscription. There's a lot of false reminder like this one in Fizz' system.
I was able to get in touch with a Fizz rep.The issue will be resolved. Thank you all.
