why my plan has been changed?

My plan has been changed without any modification from me

When i go in the manage my plan it goes like that
Data: 1 GB • Voice: Unlimited minutes • SMS: Unlimited text messaging • Coverage: Quebec

But in the overview it says that I have 2GB of date 0 voice and 0 text messaging

When i try to make a call or a text a voice tells me that my plan doesn't allow to do that

I can't make any modification right now.

Same problem...

I’d recommend contacting then via Facebook chat, it’s the fastest way to get a response. Simply search fizz mobile and then chat.
