the code you entered has already been assigned to a member. what i need to do

i received the sim card, and 5 days ago i tried to activate it, but i didn't finish it, today, i put the activation code,but it shows "the code you entered has already been assigned to a member"

    You should contact the support click on the chat bubble on this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activate

    Contact support and describe the situation, they will need the activation code and the SIM serial number printed on your SIM card. They will be able to get the activation code to be released for your use.
