My add ons WERE NOT applied and I purchased multiple ones and they are billed to me!

I tried to get data add ons and they were not and STILL are not activated. I purchased multiple ones and now they are billing me for that!!!! How to remove the add ons!
Please help me guys this is ridiculous!
