Mobile app not working?

I had Fizz internet installed yesterday, along with the mobile app. Later in the evening, the app was telling me that it could not connect to the internet. It is still not able to connect. Everything else is working fine. What can I do?

Have you tried to disconnect et reconnect your phone from Wifi to see if it helps.
