My data did decrease by 60% within 1 week and I did not change my usage. Could you please check my account, there is an issue for sure

Also keep in mind, that Fizz is currently in an important maintenance that will end later today. Tomorrow, it should be much better.
I would recommend reaching out to Fizz support via Facebook, search Fizz Mobile and use the Chat. They respond really fast and will resolve ur issue.

Does the data usage on the website match what is on your phone? If it doesn't you should reach out to customer support to see if they can fix this issue.
