Extra add on

If I paid for an extra add on how much time do I wait for it works? Because I have been waiting for 20min and doesn't work.

It should have been instantaneous. If you purchased it today (30th), it could be the related to the systems maintenance being performed.  According to the FAQ:  https://fizz.ca/en/faq-stabilization-period it lists as one of the items that could be impacted:

 

July 30th to the 31st inclusively

It is suppose to be right away. But, they are make some modification to the GUI today

I thought buying an add on wasn't working for the 30th and 31st? That may be why it isn't activating for you.
