Change browser, if you need a referral code in order to have 25$, on your third payment, this is mine K61CD.

Important to insert it on the last step on the plan's creation, when the taxes are shown.

Either change browser or activate a privacy parameter. In my case, it did solve the problem.
If you want a $25 rebate on your 3rd invoice, then you can add PEM01 as referal code when choosing your package.
