Mobile data on iPhone not working on EXT network?

I cannot get mobile data to work at all when on the EXT network. I have an iPhone 5 and have done all software updates and carrier setting updates. Roaming turned on makes no difference. This started as soon as I left Quebec. Was fine on the normal fizz network. Any ideas?

    Do you have Canada coverage? If you only have Quebec coverage, you won't be able to roam on the EXT network outside of Quebec.

    Yes I have a 5s and the data was working before.
    Also I have Canada wide coverage so it’s not that either.

    Did you select Fizz as provider in settings?
    Try to restart the phone and put it in airplane mode then put it back to normal.
