I had a scheduled technician appointment and he never showed up?

Now I can't reschedule the appointment.
I reached out to customer service and their answer was "theres a lot of people asking for a technician" -.-
I've never had that bad customer service with another company, I kind of want to switch now but they already charged me.

If I understood the op correctly, the problem is both that the technician didn't show up and that there are no other appointments available within a reasonable time period. I know if I'm signing up for home internet services, it's because I need internet services at my house, I certainly don't want to wait months to get it installed!

Why don't you contact Fizz support and validate with them ?
It doesn't make sense that a technician doesn't show up and not notify you. They owe you explanations and help you fixing a new appointment,
