Since 7:30 I can't seem to send/receive anything. Fizz error 38.

For now only the SMS, calls are OK and data OK

Having the same issue and so is a friend of mine. I thought we were near the end of stabilization period.

A restart hasn't done anything to fix the issue
@Alexandre: I would also try to enable and disable the airplane mode.
Single texts are going through but not group texts
