Transferring a secondary mobile line to a new account?

Is it possible to transfer a secondary mobile line under my current account to a new separate account, without losing the phone number? If so can someone guide me on how to achieve this?

I will try to transfer the number, however, to do so you need a new SIM and you will lose the credit, but you will gain 25$ each person.

You can also give to the person the control of that plan without moving it.

Your can also send a message via facebook messanger and click send a message (this is a bit slower)

You can also fill a contact form from your account
Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.
