Sim Card Not Valid ^

Received a new SIM Card.
Did the activation on the Web Site.
Received the confirmation E-Mail that activation is complete.
Installed the SIM Card in Samsung phone and I have the following message < SIM Card not valid >.
Can somebody help ?

Did you try it in an other phone? Check again if it is well inserted
Was the phone sim unlocked?
If it is locked contact your previous provider and ask for the unlock code

Probably your phone is locked by the provider who sold you the phone. Contact him and ask for the code to unlock.
