Billing charges?

I would like to know why my credit card was charged for more than my account fee?

It should be a billing error, you need to contact the support in order to fix it

You can also fill a contact form from your account
Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

Hi Tracy,

You can actually view your invoice if you login to your account --> Go to My Plans --> click on history, you can view if you had any overage and a breakdown of your invoice.
