How can I remove the de-activated line from my account? How can I use the $25 left referral in my account ?

I tried to post a more negative feedback but Fizz choose to hide it and don't let it show in public.

So here is two straight questions.

How can I remove the de-activated line from my account?

Below line has been unsubscribed for 60 days and still showed "pending" in my account. Without deleting it, I can't use the $25 referral bonus .

How can I use the $25 left referral in my account ?
Because there is other "pending" line, I can't change my main line to my other line which I'll keep. So the $25 referral is sitting there, and can't be used in the active line I'm keepting.

I chatted 2 different reps from Fizz , both are clueless. Both can't do anything useful other than repeat robot style replies.
