I tried to post a more negative feedback but Fizz choose to hide it and don't let it show in public.
So here is two straight questions.
How can I remove the de-activated line from my account?
Below line has been unsubscribed for 60 days and still showed "pending" in my account. Without deleting it, I can't use the $25 referral bonus .
How can I use the $25 left referral in my account ?
Because there is other "pending" line, I can't change my main line to my other line which I'll keep. So the $25 referral is sitting there, and can't be used in the active line I'm keepting.
I chatted 2 different reps from Fizz , both are clueless. Both can't do anything useful other than repeat robot style replies.

It is users forum here. We don't have access to your account and we cannot fix it. Keep on contacting the support.
Btw your negative feedback is still here, no one is hiding it. It just disappeared from the main page since there were zero responses.
