can't receive/make phone call and cant receice/send text message

i have the 4gb unlimited text/minutes canada coverage plan, and i just found out i coulnt receive any phone call or make phone call, also i can not send any text message or receive either. My data still works fine, what should I do ?

When did you activate your plan?

If that was working before, try to reboot your phone. If it does not work, contact the support.

Go to this page, if you are not connect login

Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

Your can also send a message via facebook messanger and click send a message (this is a bit slower)

You can also fill a contact form from your account
Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

Try to remove your sim and reinsert it. Then restart your phone.
Did you check if your phone is compatible with Fizz network?
APN configuration is correct?

Check your account to make sure your plan includes calling and texting.


Reboot your phone. Make sure your phone is compatiable with Fizz.

Can you test your SIM card on another phone?

Did you activate recently? Did you transfer/port from your old phone over to Fizz? If yes, it may have failed. You will need to contact Fizz support.
