Frozen account

I paid and still my account is Frozen when will I have my service back been over 3 days

Andre, your payment completed successfully, you got a notification and still your service is suspended ?
Was it because your initial payment failed ?
I would contact Fizz support via Messenger (it's easy and pretty fast), and explained them your situation. Normally service is reinstore quickly.

First try to contact Fizz support by chat. I verified a few minutes ago, they should be availlable.
