Internet broken ?

I dont have internet, my modem is on we can connect to it, but there is no internet. We try to power it off, we reset is 2 times and nothing happen.

Fizz support isnt answering..

What can i do ?

Try to troubleshoot with Fizz app to see if the problem is the modem or the cable.
At the same time continue to contact the support. If they are not available by chat, try Facebook messenger.

to confirm the connection is good, your modem's 2nd and 3rd light should be a steady blue light. If the it is blue and connected to the PC, maybe it's your PC setting. Try connecting the Wifi and test. If nothing work you need to contact Fizz
