nothing is working?

i dont have any service and i cant send out any texs or use any of my apps. i saw that i have reached my limit on the data. i thought it was that so i added 500mb extra to my plan but that still hasnt solved the problem. please fix this issue.

If you reach your data limit, you can always come to the board and ask for help. Somebody could transfer your some data.
You don't have any service. Did you ever get some or you're new ? Is your account suspended or not ? If you could describe your problem a little more, so we can have a better view then we can help you more.
