I can't resend notifications to update my APN?

I was confused when I went to Toronto and could not use data but could use SMS because I have Canada + US coverage. I was told to update my APN by clicking resend notifications, but when I click the button it just says error at the top of the screen and then nothing happens.

Fizz APN settings are:
APN: mobile.bm
MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
MMS port: 80
APN type: default,mms,supl
