Voicemail PIN does not work

I lost my PIN, and would like to set a new one.
As per some other comment from the community, I went into "Manage my plan", but there is no "advanced parameters" for PIN reset. That I couldn't reset it myself. Please help.

    Yes is there
    (Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to access your voicemail)

    if you do not have it, probably you do not have the voicemail in your plan
