My phone number I previously used with my past carrier is not affiliated with my phone/account with them anymore. I was wondering if there's a way for fizz to check if that phone number is still available for me to use with my new fizz account? Or if there's a way to create/search for a phone number that is still available to use. Thank you!

no, the phone number should be trasfert from an active account9

When you create your account with Fizz, you can either transfer your current number or choose a new number. So you can try to enter your old number. If it is available, you'll be able to proceed and complete the account creation.7
