Internet out of service

Internet out of service since 12pm, follow all the steps no luck, nothing in the configurations have changed. Please help

CONTACT FORM
You can also fill a contact form from your account
Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

As per page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us all the services are functional. In that case you should contact customer service.

My internet is fine here in the West Island and it seems others are also reporting their Internet is working fine. I would contact Fizz through chat or Facebook as it seems very specific to you.
