This a public forum.
Sometime the data is not display correctly, check the data consumption with your phone, and contact the support.

Go to this page, if you are not connect login
Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

Your can also send a message via facebook messanger and click send a message (this is a bit slower)

You can also fill a contact form from your account
Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

In Android, you can see which apps are consuming data.

For Android 9, open Settings / Network & Internet / Mobile Internet / App data usage.  You will see each app that has used data in the last cycle.  From here you can determine if you're using an app that is data hungry or not.  If you don't need an app that's using a huge amount of data then remove it.

You an also tap on an app in this list to get more details, like how much data is used when the app is in the foreground (ie, on screen) or in the background.  Turn off Background data for apps that are using a lot of background data.

Also, check your Playstore settings.  There are App Download Preferences where you can select to download apps over Wifi only.  This will prevent apps from being updated until you're on a Wifi network.

Older Androids should have similar featuers, but I can't say where they will be.

I'd be surprised if iOS didn't let you do similar, but I've never used an Apple device so I can't say.

If your phone usage reports different than your bill, then Fizz customer support will be your best bet.  See the contact info already provided in an earlier answer.

What amount of data does your phone say it is using? I haven't had a major discrepancy between what Fizz says I used and what my phone says I used. Make sure you don't update apps over metered networks, and you can also stop most apps from sending notices or using data over metered networks.
