Fizz service is not working sms in my phone

Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

CONTACT FORM
You can also fill a contact form from your account
Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

Did this just start this afternoon? Was it working before? Is data and phone calls currently working? Have you tried restarting your phone?

You have to give us more details. This is a user forum and although we might be able to point you in the right direction, we cannot look into your account like fizz's employees can.
what is the problem exactly, are you having trouble sending or receiving or both?
What kind of cellphone are you using? Could it be something cloud related?
All my SMS are coming in, even short code SMS from my bank!
if you can make phone call then sms should works as well.
