How do I port my Fizz phone number out to another carrier?

I know I must initiate the process thru the new carrier, but they ask for an invoice with my account number and address on it. I know I must go to my plans, then transaction history, but the output is soooooo basic, it could be anybody's invoice, I doubt it will do the job... How can one get a **REAL** invoice or account statement from Fizz?

Your services agreement is available in your account. Under "my plans", then choose "manage plan" and "services agreement" is an option under that. It has your address, phone number, customer number, etc.

Not sure what you mean by basic, but I suggest messaging support on messenger/support page if you're looking for more info about this. Usually official fizz staff answer here so you could wait for that too.
