Where are my emails from Fizz?

It seems I am not receiving emails from Fizz

Nothing in Inbox, Junk or Spam folders.

Is this a glitch or is there a setting I need to change?

As I have checked your account I see that the notifications sent from Fizz are via e-mail. If the issue persists, please contact us via Facebook Messenger or Live Chat.

I receive them imediatly once something happen, just got one less then 10 seconds ago for a question i posted. Either your email is having delays or its in you spam/junk folder

@Fizzy Go to your "My Profile" page on your Fizz Mobile dashboard, and check your communication preferences. Here you can verify if anything you want to be notified for is not checked off.
